Shipping and delivery

We currently ship one unframed 12 × 16-inch matte paper print to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international destinations.

Standard shipping is included in the displayed US price. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Timing

Each print is made to order. Please allow an estimated 2–5 business days for order review and production, followed by approximately 2–3 business days in transit. The estimated total is 4–8 business days after ordering, excluding weekends and holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will contact you if we learn of a material delay.

Tracking and delivery issues

We send tracking information when it becomes available. A tracking number or shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has collected the parcel.

Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correction. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, email okan.od123@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Please do not return a parcel to the sender without contacting us first.

Our return and refund policy applies. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
