Shopping with Sill Relay

These terms apply to purchases from Sill Relay at sillrelay.com. Our business contact details are available in our contact information policy. Shopify hosts the store and processes checkout; your purchase is from Sill Relay.

Our print

The product listing describes what is included. A cutting for you is one unframed 12 × 16-inch matte paper print, made to order. Frames, plants, jars and room props are not included. Room images are digital mockups. Screen colours may differ from the physical print; this does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Orders and payment

Review the product, delivery address and full checkout total before placing an order. Use accurate contact details and a payment method you are authorised to use. By submitting an order you authorise payment of the total shown at checkout. We send an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for it.

The price and currency shown at checkout govern your order. Standard contiguous-US shipping is included; applicable tax is displayed before payment. Product availability is limited. Changes to prices or these terms apply to future orders and do not change an accepted order.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our shipping policy sets out destinations and estimated timing. Our return and refund policy explains cancellations, returns, damaged items and refunds. Those specific policies take precedence if there is a conflict with these terms.

Website and privacy

Please use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its security or other customers. Buying a print does not grant commercial reproduction rights in its artwork. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is used.
